Explanation

While initializing a socket for a TCP/IP NJE connection, a socket was found containing the same name as that of the outbound socket to be initialized. A possible cause of this is that a socket connection to the same remote node with the same IP address and port was not active in TCP/IP but the status was not updated in the NETSERV.
