The DDS host server has detected that an important component of the server address space has encountered a permanent error. In this case, the component that accepts incoming TCP/IP session requests has abnormally terminated. The most probable cause for this problem is, that TCP/IP is inactive or has produced an error.
The component is restarted. After 5 unsuccessful requests. the component is deactivated.
Make sure that all required prerequisites for the component are active and operational (for example, TCP/IP). Make sure that the specified port in the GPMSRVxx PARMLIB member (SESSION_PORT option) is free and can be used by the DDS host server.
