Explanation

A recovery termination manager (RTM) first level interruption handler (FLIH) determined that an interruption is an error. The FLIH issued a CALLRTM macro to recover or to end the routine that caused the error. While processing the request, RTM found uncorrectable damage to at least one functional recovery routine (FRR) stack pointer in the recovery stack vector table (PSARSVT) of the prefixed save area (PSA).
