Component trace initialization by the operations (SYSOPS) component has failed when it tried to define the Operations component trace without a parmlib member. This case only occurs after CTIOPSxx failed and/or CTIOPS00 failed.
The return and reason codes are the result of a ?CTRACE DEFINE macro call and are listed in the z/OS MVS Programming: Authorized Assembler Services Reference ALE-DYN under "CTRACE Return and Reason Codes".
OPS CTRACE is not initialized.
Search the problem reporting data bases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.
