Time Reference (ETR). ETR is the MVS™ generic
name for the IBM® Sysplex Timer (9037) or equivalent.
The port was not connected to the same ETR as the link from the remaining
or initial port.

System action
The system continues processing. The system records
the error in the logrec data set.

Operator response
Contact your configuration/cabling personnel
and have the configuration error corrected. Provide the logrec data
