Explanation
You attempted to enter a volume in a system-managed
tape library. DFSMSrmm checks that the volume has a standard label
and has the same internal and external volume serial numbers. The
external volume serial number and the rack number must be the same.

System action
The subcommand fails.

None.

Programmer response
If you are adding a new volume ensure that
a rack number already exists with the same number as the volume serial
number. If you are changing an existing volume, move the volume to
a different rack number and change the external label so the volume
can be added to a system-managed tape library.
