PREVIOUS VOLUME DOES NOT EXIST

Explanation

The user issued an RMM ADDVOLUME or CHANGEVOLUME subcommand to add a volume to the end of a multiple volume sequence, but the volume specified with the PREVVOL operand is not defined to DFSMSrmm.

System action

The command fails.

Operator response

None.

Programmer response

Either remove the PREVVOL operand, or change the previous volume serial number to a volume defined to DFSMSrmm.
