Explanation
While processing the OPTION startup command, DFSMSrmm
found that the maximum retention period set in the DFSMSrmm parmlib
member is lower than the default retention period.

System action
Processing continues.  DFSMSrmm uses the RETPD
retention value instead of the MAXRETPD value. DFSMSrmm issues message
EDG0215D which prompts the operator to reply Y or N.

Operator response
Report the error to the system programmer.
Reply Y if you want to ignore the error and continue processing without
correcting the MAXRETPD value or the RETPD value. Reply N to stop
DFSMSrmm to correct the parmlib values and then restart DFSMSrmm using
the MODIFY command.
