find the member, member_name, containing startup
parameters in the named parmlib_dataset.
In
the message text: member_name
Lists the member of parmlib data set being used for initialization
parmlib_dataset
Lists the name of the current parmlib data set

System action
The subsystem will suspend its operations. Message
EDG0107A is issued to provide an opportunity to specify a different
member name.

Operator response
Report the error to the system programmer.

System programmer response
Make sure that a valid member exists
in the parmlib data set.
