Distribution supports FB or VB recfm's. The dataset has a RECFM of recfm.

Explanation

The user attempted an EWXDS GET or EWXDS PUT. But, when the dataset was opened, it showed a RECFM that was not FB or VB. LANRES only supports FB or VB record formats.
