Explanation

The EDGUTIL VERIFY(VOLUME) function has detected that the volume has a last data set pointer but the volume contains no data sets.

In the message text:

The volume serial number of the volume.

System action

Processing continues. A minimum return code of 4 is set.

Operator response

None.

System programmer response

Run the EDGUTIL MEND function to correct the error.
