code is nonzero, use the timestamps in the message text to validate
that the correct time range of journal records has been used. If the
message EDG6424E accompanies forward recovery processing,
it might be that none of the journal records has been used for forward
recovery. This can happen when all the journal records are older than
the control data set backup. If the message EDG6317I
accompanies update processing, it might be that none of the journal
records has been used for update processing. This can happen when
none of the JRNLTRAN created journal records are within the target
date.
