Explanation
This message is issued when the guest platform
management provider (GPMP) cannot be configured through the normal
interface. Change ownership to mca_user : mca_group failed
for conf_file.

The system  stops processing.

None.

System programmer response
Run the shell script and JCL with
userid that has permission to write to configuration root directory.
