has attempted to call the EDG_EXIT200 installation exit, but an error
has occurred during processing.

System action
DFSMSrmm EXPROC processing continues, but no further
volumes are returned to scratch status. The installation exit is no
longer called for any of the remaining volumes eligible for return
to scratch.

issued either in the MESSAGE file or to the SYSLOG. Use the message
to determine the cause.
