DFSMSrmm CONTROL DATA SET MUST NOT BE IN USE BY DFSMSrmm SUBSYSTEM DURING RESTORE OR REORGANIZE

Explanation

The target control data set specified to EDGBKUP on the MASTER DD statement must not be in use by the DFSMSrmm subsystem during a restore or reorganize.

The program fails.

Quiesce or shutdown the DFSMSrmm subsystem and resubmit the EDGBKUP utility job.
