Explanation
 A DISPLAY MSGFLD,MSGRATE command has requested
that more than 100% of the message rate monitoring graph be displayed.
 In
the message text: 
 The percentage represents the fraction of
the graph that is to be displayed. The percentage cannot exceed 100%.

System action
 The entire (100%) message rate monitoring graph
is displayed.

Operator response
 If you wish to display a subset of the message
rate monitoring graph, use a value from 1 to 99 to select the fraction
of the graph that you wish to see. A value of 100 will cause the entire
graph to be displayed.

 None.
