To resolve this problem and not get this message again, before the next IPL, you will need to verify and modify your IEFSSNxx parmlib member to make sure you only have one subsystem identified as using INITRTN(CBRINIT). Only one OAM1 subsystem can run on a system at a time so only one occurrence of INITRTN(CBRINIT) is allowed in the IEFSSNxx parmlib member.
