Explanation
 After LNKLST or library lookaside (LLA) had started,
the system received another request to start LLA.

System action
 The second request is ignored. The original LLA
address space is unaffected.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Do not try to start more than one
LLA address space at a time. However, the LLA directory can be refreshed.
Also, LLA can be restarted after it has been stopped or has ended.
