Explanation
 An incorrect parameter list was supplied to the
LINK, XCTL, or SYNCH service.  This message accompanies abend code X'206'.

System action
 The system ends the service request.

System programmer response
   If the error recurs and the program
is not in error, look at the messages in the job log for more information.

Programmer response
 This is probably an installation error.
