Explanation
 A request to start or refresh the MVS™ message service (MMS) failed because MMS
entered a request to determine the current time, but the request failed.

System action
 MMS processes the request to start or refresh
MMS, but sets the current time and date to zeros.

System programmer response
 Search problem reporting databases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide this message and
any accompanying messages.
