Explanation
The message compiler was invoked to build a run-time message file from an install message file. The message compiler was processing a message containing double-byte character set (DBCS) characters. Processing could not complete due to an error.

System action
The message compiler ends processing and does not produce a run-time message file.

See z/OS MVS Programming: Assembler Services Guidefor information about the format of the install message file. Correct the DBCS character strings in any messages. After corrections are made, compile the install message file again. If the error recurs, search problem reporting databases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM Support Center.
