Explanation
 A user has requested the reading of a data object
from optical volume volser on drive drive-name.
OAM encountered an error during the attempt to read the optical volume
table of contents to find the location of the data object. In the

address which could not be read.

System action
 If the failure results from a recording medium
error, OAM fails the user read request. If the failure is the result
of a drive error, OAM attempts to select another drive on which to
