Explanation
 An error has been detected during Library Automation
Communication Services (LACS) parameter validation processing for
the WAIT, VERIFY, or CANCEL function for a library-attached drive.
The LACS token, which is used to identify the prior LACS MOUNT request,
is zero; this is not a valid token value.

System action
 The LACS request fails with a parameter error
return code. Messages issued by the caller of LACS are written concurrently
with this message.
