Explanation
 An error has been detected during Library Automation
Communication Services (LACS) parameter validation processing for
the CANCEL function. Both a unit control block (UCB) address and a
UCB/token list address have been supplied; the parameters are mutually
exclusive.

System action
 The LACS request fails with a parameter error
return code. Messages issued by the caller of LACS are written concurrently
with this message.
