Explanation
 During remap, volume volser was

in ISMF, this message is issued to the TSO user ID of the storage
administrator who initiated the remap request for this library.

System action
 The library name in the volume row for volume volser is
updated to the name of library library-name and
the location is changed to reflect that the volume is library resident.
