Explanation

delayed response completion code cc has been received
from the library. The completion code is included for diagnostic purposes
only.

System action
 The library request fails. OAM processing continues.

System programmer response
 Search problem reporting databases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center and report the completion
code noted in the message. Resubmit the library request when the error
is corrected.
