Explanation
 Upon completion of cartridge entry, cartridge
ejection, or library vary online processing, the library record in
the tape configuration database for library library-name could
not be updated with the correct number of scratch volumes or empty
slots. Check for a preceding IDC3009I message for a possible integrated
catalog facility (ICF) failure.

IDC3009I to determine the cause of failure.
