Explanation
 This is a microcode programming error. A read
element status command has been received that specifies the use of
an element address that does not exist.

System action
 The I/O operation is stopped.

System programmer response
 If the problem recurs and if the
program is not in error, search problem reporting databases for a
fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. If the sense data displayed
in the previous CBR3300I message does not equal zero then obtain the
SYS1.LOGREC error record.
