The request failed for one of the following reasons:  The I/O station is not operational.
An ESTAE request failed.
A STORAGE OBTAIN request failed.

 For an ESTAE or STORAGE OBTAIN failure, message
CBR7010I or message CBR7004I was already issued.

Operator response
 If the I/O station is not operational,  
contact hardware support. Otherwise, contact the systems programmer.

 For an ESTAE failure see message
CBR7010I, and for a STORAGE OBTAIN failure see message CBR7004I.
