Explanation
The operator has entered a command that requires
the specification of a volume serial number:

MODIFY OAM,EJECT,volser
LIBRARY EJECT,volser
MODIFY OAM,START,RECOVERY,volser
MODIFY OAM,UPDATE,VOLUME,volser....The volume serial number volser does not conform to MVS™ volume serial number naming conventions or the volume serial number naming conventions appropriate for tape libraries.
