Explanation
An error occurred during the CTC initialization phase of OAM initialization. The optical configuration database contained an entry for an optical disk drive or an optical disk library which indicated that the device was at channel-to-channel adapter address dev. OAM found an MVS™ Unit Control Block (UCB) for the specified device number, but the UCB did not indicate that the device was a channel-to-channel adapter.
