Explanation
An error has been detected during Library Automation Communication Services (LACS) processing for the MOUNT function. The VTS Peer-to-Peer library library-name has indicated that a valid copy of volume volser is not currently available. The volume cannot be retrieved using normal library automated function; operator or service representative intervention is needed. The error is reported by a unit check when the mount order is sent to the library.
System action
The LACS request fails with a permanent error return code. Messages issued by the caller of LACS are written concurrently with this message.

Search problem reporting databases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.
System programmer response
Resubmit the failing job.
