Explanation

In the message text:
filesystem
The name of the file system that failed to mount.
parmlib
The BPXPRMxx parmlib member with the failing MOUNT.
mountpoint
The name of the mount point where the file system is mounted.
retcode
The failing return code.
rsncode
The failing reason code.

The system continues processing.
