Explanation
 System specific file system should be designated
as UNMOUNT in BPXPRMxx. However, NOAUTOMOVE may be acceptable. If
a system failure occurred, this file system would remain in the file
system hierarchy as an unowned file system until it was unmounted
or the owning system was restarted. All operations for an unowned
file system will fail until an owner is established.
