Explanation
 The system could not process the specified ALTROOT
statement in the parmlib member. The ALTROOT keyword is only valid
in shared file system configuration.

System action
 The specified ALTROOT statement is not processed.
The system must be in sysplex mode to process the ALTROOT statement
in the parmlib member. The system continues processing the rest of
the statements and keywords in the parmlib member.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer. 

System programmer response
 Correct the conditions reported by
the return code and the reason code. Then use the SET OMVS command
to establish the alternate sysplex root file system again.
