DYNAMIC ALLOCATION OF PARMLIB FAILED
The system could not allocate the parmlib member.
SYNTAX ERROR FOUND IN PARMLIB MEMBER
One or more syntax errors were found in the member.
PARSER FAILURE
The parser encountered an internal error.
OTHER PARMLIB ERROR
Accompanying messages explained the error.

System action
 The system might ignore the parmlib member except
for the case of syntax error.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
 If syntax errors are found, correct
the errors. Retry the request. Search problem reporting databases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.
