 The specified parameter value contains nonnumeric characters.

INPUT PARAMETER VALUE IS INCORRECT. THE VALUE IS IGNORED.
 The specified parameter value is incorrect or is null.

System action
 The system ignores the erroneous parameter. The
system checks the rest of the parmlib member to find any other errors.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 Correct the error in the parmlib
member before using it again.
