Explanation
 The only record formats that are valid are F (fixed),
V (variable), and U (undefined).
 This condition can occur when
a U format data set is specified as the receiver of a copy of a text
HFS file.  This is not supported.
 In the message text:  ddname
The data definition name specified on the command.
