Explanation
 RRS was unable to read data from the RM.DATA log
stream.

System action
 RRS initialization ends, and RRS is stopped.
The system writes a LOGREC entry to describe the failure and issues
message ATR215I to the system log to provide details on the error.

Operator response
 Notify the systems programmer.

System programmer response
   To determine why RRS failed while
reading from the RM.DATA log stream, obtain the LOGREC entry for this
failure. If possible, fix the problem and restart RRS. Otherwise,
search problem reporting databases for a fix for the problem. If no
fix exists, contact the IBM® Support
Center.
