ATB222I LOGICAL UNIT luname ATTEMPTED A SYSTEM
LOGGER SERVICE FOR A LOGSTREAM THAT HAS NOT BEEN DEFINED. THE LOGSTREAM
NAME IS: logstream_name. ExplanationAPPC/MVS received an error from system logger while attempting to access the APPC/MVS log stream. The system logger return and reason codes indicate that the APPC/MVS log stream has not been defined to the system. Without a log stream, APPC/MVS cannot process protected conversations (conversations with a synchronization level of syncpt). In the message text:
System actionAPPC/MVS logical units continue processing conversations with a synchronization level of none or confirm, but cannot process any protected conversations. Operator responseNotify the system programmer. System programmer responseTo correct the problem, define the
APPC/MVS log stream as documented in z/OS MVS Planning: APPC/MVS Management. Then,
reactivate the LU through either:
