Explanation
 The system syncpoint manager (RRS) has lost hardened
data and, therefore, might not be able to provide APPC/MVS with data
for all incomplete units of recovery for the resource manager luname.
 In
the message text:  luname
The name of the logical unit that is performing resource manager
restart processing.

System action
 The system continues processing. APPC/MVS processes
units of recovery that RRS returns.
