SYSTEMS COULD NOT BE UNMOUNTED. ExplanationThis message is issued as a part of the MODIFY BPXOINIT,FILESYS system command, or a similar shared file system diagnostic function. The named file system and all dependent file systems need to be unmounted because an inconsistency was detected. Attempts to unmount the file systems failed due to ongoing file system activity. In the message text:
System actionFile system analysis and repair continues. Operator responseUnmount the specified file system and all dependent file systems using the MODIFY BPXOINIT,FILESYS= UNMOUNT,FILESYSTEM=filesysname command. The dependent file systems must be unmounted first. Alternately, the MODIFY BPXOINIT,FILESYS=UNMOUNTALL command can be used to unmount the complete file system hierarchy. Once this is done, use the "MODIFY BPXOINIT,FILESYS=REINIT" command to re-mount the initial file system hierarchy. System programmer responseNone.
