Explanation

A command was issued to change the sanction file name while processing of a prior command to change the name is still in progress.

In the message text:
aliasfile
The AUTHPGMLIST file name (up to the first 44 characters).

System action

The new command is ignored.

Operator response

Keep issuing the command until it is accepted.

System programmer response

None.
