Explanation

RACF® processing has determined that the user or console operator is not authorized to use the COMMAND/PARAMETER through the RACF FACILITY class profile defined for the COMMAND/PARAMETER.
  • userid is the ID of the user who has issued the COMMAND/PARAMETER.
  • consoleid is the console ID of the operator who has issued the COMMAND/PARAMETER.

System action

Aggregate recovery processing ends. DFSMShsm processing continues.
