Explanation

or ABARS parameter. This message indicates if the ARECOVERREPLACE
or NOARECOVERREPLACE option has been specified on the SETSYS command.
- ARECOVERREPLACE indicates that the REPLACE parameter can be specified
on the ARECOVER command.
- NOARECOVERREPLACE indicates that the REPLACE parameter cannot
be specified on the ARECOVER command.
