SETSYS PROMOTE(SSM(YES)) was issued on a host that is itself configured to run secondary space management. Because there can be multiple SSM hosts running at different times of the day, a host that is configured to run secondary space management is not eligible to be promoted for another secondary space management host.
The host will be a secondary space management host, but it cannot be promoted for another secondary space management host. DFSMShsm continues processing.
Do not issue SETSYS PROMOTE(SSM(YES)) on a host configured to run secondary space management.
