This message may also be issued if the ARCHMIG macro was used with the FORCML1=YES parameter specified in a direct-to-tape environment.

In order to obtain the desired function of the CONVERT parameter, issue a MIGRATE command for the data set followed by a RECALL command directing the data set to the desired volume.
