A RECALL command fails because a tape volume that is needed to perform the recall is allocated and is being used for recycle or tapecopy processing. The data set being recalled is identified in the preceding ARC1001I message.
The RECALL command ends. DFSMShsm processing continues.
Either wait for recycle or tapecopy function to complete or issue a HOLD command for the recycle or tapecopy function and reenter the RECALL command.
