Explanation

This message may or may not represent a problem. A recall request is unable to complete for either one of the following reasons:
  • The data set is in use by another DFSMShsm operation; or
  • The data set is on an unavailable SDSP volume.
The data set name is given in message ARC1001I.

System action

The recall operation ends. DFSMShsm processing continues.

Programmer response

DFSMShsm attempted this recall several times. Retry the recall at a later time. If the recall continues to fail with message ARC1151I, or if this message occurs frequently, consult your DFSMShsm service representative to assist you in resolving this problem. If the ARC1001I message preceding message ARC1151I has a reason code, then save this reason code for when you contact your service representative.
