Explanation

DFSMShsm attempted to release unused DASD space allocated to a sequential, extended format VSAM KSDS, or partitioned data set dsname. The PARTREL macro returned retcode in register 15 and a reascode in the PARTREL parameter list. For the meaning of retcode and reascode, see z/OS DFSMSdfp Diagnosis.
